Leadership Martial Arts

We offer Martial Arts and Taekwondo programs to suit your individual needs, which is how we know that you will have a great time right from the first visit. Try our adult, child, ladies only or 40+ programs to increase your stamina, learn something challenging and have fun!

Adult Program

You don't need to be a child to enjoy the wonderful physical and personal benefits of a great cardio workout. As an adult, you can increase your stamina, reduce your stress and gain confidence by learning Tae Kwon-Do, kick boxing and weapons training!

What can the teen and adult program do for me?

Our Martial Arts training can help teens and adults:

Teens and adults of all shapes, sizes, and ages come to us, and those who stay will achieve their goals. Whether you're interested in fitness, self defence, or just learning something new, we're here to help you! Women who are concerned about their personal safety often begin taekwondo classes as a way to learn self defence.

Men who want the benefits of an aerobic workout, with more structure and diversity, love training in the martial arts. Martial arts like taekwondo and kickboxing provide a strong cardiovascular workout with high level of personal challenge, while relieving stress and tension.

I haven't done this before - do I need to have experience?

No one has to be in shape to start; it's designed to help you get into shape. All you have to do is try, and we'll help you train based on your abilities.

Our Basic Program is designed to take a student from White Belt to Black Belt leader and it will take on average 24-30 months. Most of our families will train once or twice a week, but if you want to train more then that's fine! Should you miss any classes due to illness or holiday, then we will do whatever is necessary for you to catch up.

Remember this is about you, not about the person next door, or at the college or work. Everyone at Leadership Martial Arts is here to help you feel comfortable in class.
