Junior Leader Training
Our Junior Leaders Program is the first step a junior student takes on their way to becoming an Instructor. All Junior Leaders are selected by their Instructors and are go through a range of training in skills to help them develop the qualities needed to become a future Black Belt Leader.
The Junior Leaders course is broken down into phases, each one covering a specific area. Once the phase is successfully completed the student will receive a certificate. These are a useful addition to any future CV or Collage application. Some of the areas covered are:
- Class room safety
- How to praise!
- The areas of communication
- 'Be the example'
- First steps to teaching
- How to 'correct'
