Coming soon to our new HQ at Headlands Grove is our MMA Program.
BUT it goes just one step further our C.Q.C. or Close Quarter Combat will include Street defence as well as our Mixed Martial Arts Program. Use the contacts page to register your interest & we will send you more Information!
