Dear Master Danby, I felt compelled to write and say a huge thank you for Michael's Christmas and Birthday cards. It has been a very difficult 18 months for Michael. In August 2005 his sister was born after being an only child for 7 1/2 years he moved up from the infants to the Junior school in the September, we moved house the following February, his Dad was sent away at very short notice to Basra for 4 months in the April. The only thing that has remained consistent has been his weekly sessions of Tae Kwon Do... there he can just be one of the team, and feel like he belongs.
My son started Leadership MA in April this year, and it seemed such good fun, I decided to join two months later. Not long after that my husband joined, and now our nearly 3 year old daughter has joined too. It has really brought some family spirit back into our familylife, as well as something fun and getting fit at the same time. I would recommend it to anyone, any family any fitness level.
Dear master Danby, I think that the childrens classes are realy fun! I will see you on sataday! say hi to all the instructurs for me! see you soon!
It is with the greatest of regret that I have had to give up TKD training at Lyneham. It is due to personal circumstances. This was one of the hardest decisions I have had to make in a long time. My time at Leadership MA has been without doubt, one of the most fulfilling times of my life. Master D must have the patience of a saint to have stood there and watch me muddle through my patterns over the last few years, and never once made me feel inadequate. Won Hyo is still a complete mystery to me!!!! I would like to wish all the students and staff, all the best for the future, and hope see you now and again from the safety of the spectators gallery for black belt requals/gradings. A very special thanks to Master D who made such an impact, not only on my life, but to all those who come in contact with this remarkable man. It has been a privilige to train under him and an honour to hopefully, call him friend. Best regards Kev Smith Lyneham School
